Follow up Consultations $ 90.00
Follow Up Consultations must be taken within a year of first appointment
Children (13 yrs and under) and Pre-Schoolers:
Ist Consultation 2 hrs $ 90.00
Follow up Consultations $ 80.00
Follow Up Consultations must be taken within a year of first appointment
